Lacobel finds its best place in modern interiors, such as glamour or industrial style. It can be used as a covering of a section of a wall or as a finish for furniture. Such a surface will be practical, and at the same time very elegant. However, is it still fashionable?

A material without defects
A sheet of glass, distinguished by its smoothness and painted on one side in any color is lacobel. This material is easy to keep clean and has no optical defects, so it can be used as a decorative element instead of popular wall tiles. Its durability, however, is not the highest. The glass panel is usually not tempered. So if you need a more resistant version, made of tempered glass, you should look for a suitable manufacturer.

Universal character
Such a sheet of glass is formed through float technology. It uses at least two layers of glass and film, and then glues them together for strength. Traditional layers of film are smooth, but more and more are also used covered with a pattern, graphics or photography. The choice of patterns and colors is wide, so we can match the board to almost any interior style. So regardless of changing fashions, we are able to tastefully incorporate lacobel into an arrangement.

Types of lacobel glass
The panels are available in any size. Individual models differ in color, pattern and thickness. Thus, a distinction is made between:
- 4 mm - poorly able to withstand extreme temperatures, mainly used as a panel between the kitchen countertop and cabinets,
- 6 mm - scratch-resistant, used as a furniture filler or wall decoration replacing tiles,
- 8 mm and more - models designed for vulnerable areas.
