The greenery surrounding the estate and the view of the river flowing behind the windows became a natural inspiration for creating an interior with a timeless character. Its arrangement was handled by the Decoroom studio.

Elegance with a loft element
The apartment is located in the Olimpia Port estate, which is a development by Archicom. Aleksandra Miodowska is responsible for the design of the 92-meter apartment. It was created with the needs of the investor in mind, for whom timeless design and elegance based on simple solutions are important. The entire arrangement was kept in subdued colors. Shades of gray dominate here, broken by deep navy blue in the form of arrangement accents. Two-winged and fully glazed doors, leading to the study, refer to the loft style. The lamps also allude to this aesthetic. The whole is warmed by beautiful and practical wood-colored vinyl panels.

Home office that helps to concentrate
Behind the glass door is the home office. The desk has been placed in the middle so that one can enjoy the view from behind the window, even while working. Vis-à-vis there is a navy blue sofa that can be used during a break. The piece of furniture also allows to receive guests comfortably. An atmosphere conducive to work and tranquility is created by the subdued shade of blue found on one of the walls. It blends perfectly with the white fronts of the development. Its monochromatic nature is interrupted by black metal handles. This detail, as well as a wooden bookcase with a fashionable asymmetrical division of shelves, refers to the loft elements present throughout the interior.

Comfortable living area
The living room with an open kitchen creates an elegant yet functional living area here. The focal point of the lounge area is a comfortable navy blue sofa. Round tables and wall lamps with smoky glass shades add dynamism to the interior. A fleshy carpet and curtains complete the arrangement.

The kitchen cabinet impresses with its elegance, discreetly blending into the background. Subtlety is added by cabinets maintained in dove gray, which are decorated with delicate fretwork on the fronts. The eye, however, is drawn to the navy blue tiles in the working belt. The traditional dining area is replaced by a practical island, at which designer hockers finished in fashionable cognac leather look spectacular.

A private oasis of calm
The central element of the bedroom furnishings is a large, comfortable bed upholstered with light fabric. The whole arrangement is complemented by curtains. The warm feel of the fabrics and the wood coloration of the vinyl floor build an intimate atmosphere. The large wardrobe has white fronts, which, reflecting the light, optically optimize the small space.

Bathroom in wood and gray
The decor of the bathroom is dominated by the timeless and much-loved by investors duo of wood and gray. Hence, for the wall and floor coverings, stoneware imitating concrete was chosen, whose natural coolness is broken by tiles imitating planks. The whole is complemented by universal white, which appears not only as a color of ceramics, but also of fixtures and elements of permanent buildings.
