How to create modern interiors? Modern design must be combined with unconventional solutions and quiet harmony. This guided designers from the KODO studio when designing an interior located near Warsaw Bathrooms.
The apartment was intended to be tailored to business clients, while at the same time standing out from other offerings through timelessness and universalism. The challenge for the designers was to separate the zones in the living room and kitchen space while leaving an open space.

relaxation zone
Among other things, the kitchen and living room were separated by a flooring solution. In the living room, wood was chosen, while tiles were used in the kitchen. A dining area was introduced between the two spaces.
Attention in the kitchen is attracted by the contrast of white and black. The kitchen's lower and upper cabinetry was kept white, which contrasts with the stone on the wall in black with white delicate scratches. The furniture, like the furnishings, was kept in a minimalist tone.

In the living room, the color scheme is kept in delicate white tones. Everything is centered around a wall decorated with delicate millwork that optically enlarges the interior. An interesting choice also applies to the furniture, which lacks edges. They were replaced by oval, round shapes.

bathroom full of black
When we enter one of the bathrooms, we discover an amazing marriage of marble and white. White scratches on the black stone create a quiet, harmonious space where you can relax after a long day at work.

The second bathroom contrasts with the solutions of the first. Black and gray scratches shape the space against a white background. An interesting distribution of contrast allows to differentiate two similar spaces.

bedroom full of clothes
The bedroom was also given an interesting solution, where marble slabs were placed behind the headrest of the bed. In this way, an eye-catching accent was added. What is most interesting about the bedroom is the direct connection to the large dressing room.
