The owners of the apartment love art and France. So they decided to follow in the footsteps of the old artistic bohemians and live in the atmospheric attic of one of the tenement houses in Old Ochota.

Artistic inspiration
The space needed a little remodeling. To bring light into the space, the architects from Studio Organic added an additional, unroofed dormer. Instead, they achieved an artistic atmosphere by combining vintage furniture with top European brands. The character of the interiors is also emphasized by the visible roof truss. The project completely abandoned the traditional division. Only a toilet was placed in a closed cubicle.

Space for spending time together
The living area consists of a lounge area, which is formed by comfortable sofas and coffee tables. Its heart is a dummy fireplace. Softness is added by carpets, and the whole is complemented by paintings that Aga Kobus and Grzegorz Goworek discovered in the Copenhagen showroom Ruby Atelier. Next door, there is a dining area with an interior balcony. A large wooden table with vintage chairs creates a space conducive to gatherings. Its decoration is a decorative lamp with candles.

Vintage elements
The open kitchen consists of a workspace, an island and a minimalist built-in. Vintage wooden stools from French antique store Atmosphère D "ailleurs and a cone-shaped pendant lamp add character to this space. The bedroom is connected to the bath area. Symbolically, its boundaries are marked by tiles. The free-standing bathtub offers a view of the city.
