The ninety-one-square-meter apartment is a unique collection of colors, patterns and varied design. How does it stand out?
The investor was not afraid of bold solutions, on the contrary. We repeatedly brainstormed in the studio to meet the client's very high expectations. The interiors were to be really striking. Even a bit scenographic. In the Parisian style, but not classical, but extravagant - boldly combining the elegance of a 19th century tenement with all the glamour of modern design, crazy forms, strong colors. It was to be colorful and very inspiring. Practical functions, such as a very elaborate storage area, therefore had to remain hidden," recalls architect Agata Sobkowiak, owner of Sobkowiak Architektura studio, with a smile.
glazed living room
The most distinctive element of the living room is the semi-transparent screen that separates this space from the hallway. In this way it creates a unique, intimate character, referring to the artdéco or mid-century modern style. The room also opted for a gray delicate sofa facing the TV.

meeting space
Next to the living room located dining area. The table is supported by a tapered leg, standing out among this type of furniture. It is a minimalist space, where again the inspiration of art déco style can be seen. In particular, at the sliding doors with unique patterns.

A kitchen full of patterns
On the opposite side, the kitchen was decided. It is a kingdom of navy blue and blue. Here they decided on a bold wallpaper with a leaf motif kept in shades of blue. A kitchen island, which is also a meeting place, separates the kitchen from the living room and dining room. A lamp with a bird motif is also sure to catch the eye.

a patchwork and colorful bathroom
Interesting solutions can be seen in the space of two bathrooms - a private and a guest bathroom. In the first one, it was decided to use unique "rogue" tiles imitating marble in a unique way. Here it was decided to have a free-standing bathtub and a minimalist enclosure.
The guest restroom is dominated primarily by wallpaper with phantasmagoric patterns of plants and animals, which was colorfully complemented by bottle green. The small space creates an impression of delicate fantasy.
