The designed structures are year-round cottages. The buildings are single-story and have a usable attic. The cottages have an area of 70 sqm and a rectangular plan. The buildings were designed using frame technology. The facade of the cottage is made up of rough boards painted brown. This gave the effect of burnt wood. Experienced frame house contractor and wood enthusiast Rafal Migdalski came up with the idea. The structure is complemented by flashing and graphite-colored window frames.

The gable wall is the largest glazing. The cottages were positioned so that it is the one facing west, where there is a beautiful view of the river. There are also spacious terraces on the same side. One of the walls was deliberately designed to be blind. This gives maximum privacy. It was also a deliberate measure to arrange the houses alternately and unevenly to each other, so that the terraces are not in one line.

The interior has been divided into living and sleeping areas. On the first floor there is a large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room , and a bathroom. The shower room has been designed as an element that extends beyond the outline of the body of the building. It was also finished with a large glass window with a Venetian mirror. Thanks to this treatment, we have the impression of closer contact with nature. In the attic there are two bedrooms. In the main one, the entire gable wall has been glazed. This gives us the impression of greenery entering the interior. The interior of the cottages is dominated by natural materials such as natural-colored wood and black stone, resulting in a natural, warm and cozy interior.
