The Palace of Culture and Science is surrounded by some of the most majestic skyscrapers in Warsaw. Among them is an apartment building that caught the attention of a young couple. The couple decided to buy an apartment on the top floor.

The main part of the apartment is a spacious living room combined with a kitchen. Already at the entrance, the combination of gray wood and stainless steel draws attention. Investors particularly appreciate the large glass windows. Thanks to them, the interior is filled with natural light, and residents can enjoy a beautiful view of the capital's skyline. The living room staircase overlooks the green roof, which reminds homebuyers that even in a busy city there is room for nature.

The central part of the private area is the master bedroom. Despite its modern arrangement, it retains a feeling of coziness and intimacy. Right next to it is a dressing room and a marble-clad bathroom. Both of these rooms exemplify how the project has been adapted to the needs of the investors.

Numerous artistic touches, including art by Andrzej Franaszek and Tymsky Art, make the apartment come alive and stand out for its individual energy. A unique sofa and an amazing chandelier are just some of the elements that create the unique character of this arrangement.
