Multifunctional arrangement

This is not only a home, but also a place for creative work. Marta Pala-Szczerbak emphasizes that functionality played a key role in the design. The apartment had to be not only comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but also easy to maintain. The arrangement is therefore based on subdued colors and simple forms. Thanks to numerous storage solutions, the interior can be quickly adapted to the season or a particular occasion. Doors occupying the entire height of the wall, further emphasize its spaciousness. Meanwhile, thoughtful details bring an artistic spirit to the interior. We can find here, among others, a sculpture by Krzysztof Renes and paintings by Aga Pietrzykowska and Dorota Buczkowska.

Tailor-made space

The original layout of the apartment required modification. By eliminating unnecessary rooms, space was gained for functional closets. Also, the arrangement of light and electrical points originally planned by the developer was adjusted to the designer's individual needs. The architect equipped the interior with an intelligent KNX control system. It makes it possible to control lighting and levels the number of sockets in the apartment, which has a positive effect on its aesthetics.

Harmony of minimalism in the living room and kitchen

The living space combines functionality and modern minimalism, creating a place ideal for both relaxation and meetings with loved ones. The kitchenette with built-ins in matte gray harmonizes perfectly with the light walls and floor in a natural shade of wood. The center of attention is the lounge area - an elegant black leather sofa is a contrast to the subtle neutral colors of the rest of the interior. It is complemented by designer lamps with transparent shades and wooden details, introducing lightness.

An oasis of calm

The bedroom impresses with its simplicity and cozy atmosphere. The centerpiece is a bed with an upholstered black headrest resembling two large pillows. The composition is complemented by soft textiles in various shades of gray. On either side of the bed are set bedside tables made of natural wood, which combine simplicity of form with functionality. Right next to them you will find modern lamps with wooden accents, which perfectly complement the composition. Above the bed hangs an abstract painting in bright colors, which gives the space a sophisticated touch.

Elegance and modernity

The bathroom is the quintessence of modern design - grays, whites and subtle textures dominate. Dark cabinetry contrasts with light tiles, and a large mirror optically enlarges the interior. Industrial lighting on rails adds an austere touch, balanced by small decorations, such as a vase of flowers and candles on the countertop. An unusual stool with a wooden seat and stone base is a functional accent that also plays a decorative role. The well-thought-out layout and balanced color scheme make the bathroom a place not only practical, but also delightful with harmonious aesthetics.
