Split heat pumps

Split heat pumps, such as the Rotenso Aquami Split or Heatmi Split, consist of an indoor unit (a hydraulic module, known as a hydrobox) and an outdoor unit. This is ideal for homes that have separate rooms, such as the laundry room or boiler room, where the hydrobox and domestic hot water (DHW) tank can be installed.

Rotenso Aquami All-in-Split

The Rotenso Aquami All-in-Split is the answer to the increasingly smaller square meters of residential buildings. This type of heat pump, like a traditional split, consists of an outdoor unit and a hydrobox. However, in this case the hydrobox is integrated with the DHW tank. Everything is contained in a single housing, which creates an aesthetically pleasing and compact indoor unit. It resembles a refrigerator and can be placed in the hallway, laundry room or kitchen, next to other household appliances.

Rotenso monoblock heat pumps

Monoblock heat pumps are gaining popularity among owners of buildings that lack space for an indoor unit. The refrigeration and hydronic modules are contained in a single housing, mounted on the outside of the building. This eliminates the need for additional interior space. Rotenso offers Airmi Monobloch, Windmi Monoblock and Aquami Monoblock pumps.

Efficient and energy-efficient

Maintenance-free and environmentally friendly Rotenso split and monoblock heat pumps are characterized by the highest energy efficiency class A+++. The COP parameter (the ratio of the heating power obtained to the electricity consumed) is between 4.75 and 5.25. This means that the air-to-water split and monoblock heat pumps can produce about five times more heating energy than they consume in electricity.
