main hall and social area
The building has a spacious main hall with a representative reception desk with the company's logo prominently displayed, as well as an open reading room area located on the steps. In the reading room one can sit comfortably and read books and cooking magazines while waiting for classes.

Further down the hall, the lobby leads users around a rounded reception area, serving as a central landmark and directing them to the rest of the studio's zones. There are social areas, an office, locker rooms and toilets with hidden entrances that do not disturb the fluidity of the corridor's shape. An alcove on the side of the central block can be used as a checkroom during cooking shows or a place for private conversations.

training room
Behind the glass wall of the lobby, a training room has been located, the central element of which is a full-width development, accommodating all necessary equipment and utensils. Above the development, seamless screens are placed, making it easier for participants to see the details of the demonstrations even in the last rows. In the center of the room is a fixed cooking station for the lead chef. The room is also equipped with seating under the window and a row of ovens at a comfortable height.

The space of the training room was designed with a variety of uses in mind. It can serve as a cooking school, where mobile carts allow eight people to work at once, or as a venue for cooking demonstrations, when mobile stations are replaced by rows of chairs. The room can be adapted into a recording studio for cooking shows, thanks to a fixed station that mimics a regular kitchen with a large island.

technical space
Behind the wall of the training room is a hidden dirty area, equipped with large sinks and dishwashers. A utility room and storage room house mobile cooking stations, chairs and recording equipment. A food storage area, equipped with refrigerators, freezers and shelving, provides space for all the products needed for the classes.

color scheme and lighting
The entire interior is finished in subdued colors, with the dominant black of microcement on the walls and ceiling, and soft natural wood in the form of unevenly spaced lamellas. On the floor is a durable terrazzo floor in a light shade of beige with flecks of natural tones. The whole is broken by a sunny yellow, visible mainly in the upholstery of the seats, giving the interior more culinary overtones. Intense shades of orange and red also appear in places as furnishings. The interior lighting is divided into two zones: the training zone and the lobby. In the training zone, lighting is evenly distributed across the ceiling, providing the strong and even light necessary for work.

In the lobby zone, on the other hand, the lighting is more subdued and arranged to facilitate the use of the space, while maintaining a cozy atmosphere.
