The authors of the Full of Life Factory proposed that some of the industrial halls be demolished and the most valuable ones be restored, rebuilt and adapted to new service and commercial functions. The existing buildings will be supplemented with new buildings with service and residential functions with commercial space located in the first floors of the buildings. The concept assumes neutrality of functional solutions, which, by leaving functionally undefined spaces, will allow residents to decide for themselves how to use them.
