The new building at the CD Projekt group campus, which was designed by medusa group, will be a six-story modern office building with greenery covering the facades. Work will begin in April and be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

The building, which will be built by construction company Skanska, will be distinguished by a wooden terrace structure, greenery on the facades and a recreation zone located on the roof. The office building is to use state-of-the-art solutions for ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as water and sewage systems, supporting energy saving and recovery. The walls of the building will be covered with vegetation and climbing plants. Water for watering them is to come from rainwater retention.
The building will be constructed in a composite reinforced concrete and steel structure with a wooden truss of terraces attached to the facade. The office floors will be devoid of internal columns and load-bearing walls. Greenery-covered balconies will be created along the facade," says Maciej Kulakowski, Skanska Projects Manager.

The cuboidal body of the building will be divided by a grid of wooden construction of terraces, extending through the facade. Their space is to be accessible to employees of the office floors. Sliding windows will provide an opportunity to connect the office space with the green terraces, but will also let in plenty of daylight. The balconies will be set back from the facade, which will prevent the interiors from getting too much sun and heat.

The space will be perhaps not as futuristic as CD Projekt's game projects, but fully modern, functional and as flexible as possible for comfortable office work. We take into account the specific working conditions of the video game industry and try to meet the investor's ambitions to create an architecture that will be a showcase of the company's future campus—medusa group.
A multi-story parking garage, also designed by medusa, has been put into operation in the vicinity of the office building under construction. The parking function of the building is complemented by a recreational area. The western, exposed facade on the side of the existing office building has been varied with faults, on which terraces planted with vegetation climbing on vertical sections of the wall have been arranged. A recreational space for CD Projekt employees was arranged on the roof of the parking lot. It has been fenced with a light, openwork mesh. Access to the recreational roof is provided, among other things, by an irregularly shaped ramp. The distinctive bridge, together with the perforated polished sheet metal with an irregular side profile, covering the walls of the building, gives it an industrial and unusual character.
The two buildings designed by medusa group, together with the existing office buildings, form the gaming manufacturer's campus. This place, in the ambitions of both investors and architects, is expected to give impetus to further changes in the post-industrial, somewhat degraded landscape of Warsaw's Żerań.
