We know the results of the 6th edition of the competition for the Architectural Award of the President of the City of Warsaw! This year, instead of a ceremonial gala, there was an online broadcast, during which the hosts of the event connected virtually with the authors of the awarded projects.
The live broadcast was hosted by members of the jury - Marlena Happach, City Architect and Director of the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw, and Michal Olszewski, Chairman of the jury and Deputy Mayor of the City of Warsaw. The projects nominated in the competition - the best architectural realizations of 2019 - were also judged by: Ewa Janczar, Tomasz Majda, Agnieszka Cieśla, Robert Szumielewicz, Marcin Grzyb, Piotr Jurkiewicz, Ewa P. Porębska and Grzegorz Piątek.
Awards were given in six categories. In the Public Building category, the winner was Public Nursery No. 67 in Wesola, designed by the XYstudio studio.
