The Atrium Oliva residential development, designed by {tag:pracownie}, has won the European Property Awards 2022-2023 in the Residential Development 20+ Units category. This premium development completed in Gdansk is inspired by classic atrium houses. The laurel was awarded by a panel of 80 independent experts, chaired by members of the British House of Lords. This is another international award for the development. Previously, Atrium Oliva won the BREEAM certificate, which is awarded to buildings, completed to the highest standard and those in which the investor has taken care of the well-being of residents and ecology.

"Oscar" in the world of real estate
The prestigious European Property Awards, which is part of the International Property Awards, are extremely important events in the real estate industry. They can be compared to the Oscars. Experts choose the best projects, which are distinguished by: aesthetics and architectural design, the location of the investment, its originality and the quality of construction of buildings and interiors. This year, the international jury honored the Atrium Oliva development, carried out by the Tri-City developer ALLCON. The architectural design of the development was created by the Sopot-based ROARK Studio studio.
One of the factors that determined the winner was the location. The development is being built in one of the oldest, greenest and most beautiful districts of Gdansk - Oliwa. The neighborhood is famous for its intimate, historic buildings, proximity to forests and the historic Oliwa Park. At the same time, it is perfectly connected with the entire Tricity agglomeration. In its vicinity is the campus of the University of Gdansk and the largest business center in northern Poland - Olivia Business Center.

High quality in design and execution
When creating the project, the designers focused on the needs of the users, the bond between man and the environment. Spacious and sunny apartments were created, located in five elegant buildings. The highest quality, certified materials and environmentally friendly technologies were used for construction and finishing. The heart of the premise is an off-road lowered patio, which, following the model of atrial houses, has been enclosed with intimate buildings. The patio - secluded and free of traffic, a place where you can relax amidst greenery and the sound of water.
Atrium Oliva stands out in the market for its non-standard and innovative approach to the design and implementation of the investment, says Piotr Tarkowski, member of the board of ALLCON. - We used a number of unusual solutions, such as a brine graduation tower in the relaxation area, so far used only in spas and spa hotels. We put a very strong emphasis on ecology, so the project featured, among other things, elevators with energy recovery, photovoltaic panels, private chargers for electric cars and a system using rainwater, allowing optimal irrigation of plants.

BREEAM certificate for Atrium Oliva
Atrium Oliva is one of only three residential developments in all of Poland to receive BREEAM certification, with a score of more than 60%. The international BREEAM Interim certificate at the VERY GOOD level is proof of the highest quality workmanship with energy-efficient and ecological standards.
