In the heart of Poznan, where innovation meets tradition, the song of designing a modern workspace was composed by Sennheiser, a connoisseur of superior sound quality. The new office of Sennheiser, a family-owned company cultivated by the professor's vision, is a harmonious blend of the company's rich history and forward-thinking approach to the work environment. A design team {tag:pracownie} was invited to collaborate on this unique project. - experts on office spaces where you want to work.

composition of space
The functional layout of the office is a well-matched composition that fosters collaboration in agile methodology. The egalitarian layout of workspaces interspersed with common spaces indicates the organization's hierarchy-free atmosphere.
Here ideas can, and should, flow freely. High-quality adjustable desks and chairs, extensive common areas and a variety of seating options create a flexible environment that adapts to the dynamic rhythm of the team. The entire Sennheiser Poznań team was involved in the design process from the very beginning, offering comments and ideas on an ongoing basis.

harmony of genres
The central part of the spaceplan consists of the reception area, which, in addition to an atmosphere of hospitality, neatly combines the world of two brands: Sennheiser and Neumann Berlin. Just next door, surrounded by intimate meeting rooms with the graceful names Jazz, Funk, Rock, Disco, Metal, etc., opens a spacious common area that is, so to speak, the common piazza of this space - a place for shared meals, workshops or cinema evenings. Used for these purposes, the wooden stand and the highest quality, large-format TV frame a spectacular view of the Poznan skyline.

aesthetic chords
Walking around the office, one can feel the atmosphere of minimalist elegance. The design palette is kept in soft shades of white, gray, black and wood, with subtle touches of Sennheiser identity that highlight the brand's identity. Each room resonates with the spirit of the artists, with their names adorning the fronts of the lockers and musical posters adorning the walls, creating a visual symphony. Wooden laths create a chord of natural warmth, while quality fixtures reflect the brand's technological mastery.

innovation in every place
Every corner of the office, from "quiet pockets" to areas of so-called relaxed work, is finely tuned to encourage innovation, productivity and a sense of community. The brand identity and acoustic comfort inspired the designers to use studio acoustic panels not only in phone booths but also in conference rooms and above the auditorium. The aesthetics of the recording studio are also alluded to in the kitchen itself - decorated with ceramic tiles that were inspired by the distinctive sound-diffusing forms.

acoustic comfort
Creating a modern office for Sennheiser, the architects of mode:lina™ relied on high-quality solutions. To achieve the goal of supporting acoustic comfort, which is crucial in such a dynamic work environment, they chose acoustic glass walls from CreoConcept. Thanks to the precise craftsmanship of the walls, the use of state-of-the-art aluminum and glass solutions, and attention to every detail, it was possible to create a space where design blends harmoniously with functionality. These walls, distinguished by their elegant appearance and excellent acoustic parameters, provide the office employees with the necessary silence, giving them the opportunity to fully concentrate.

creation and education
The realization of the Sennheiser office is not the only area where mode:lina™ and CreoConcept have successfully translated their experience and ambition to create good, healthy work environments into a joint venture. CreoConcept has become a sponsor of the podcast "nokelina on air",in which the two design studios mode:lina™ and Noke Architects share their experiences and knowledge gained over the past several years of working in the design industry.
The episode "How to Sell Yourself?" is a conversation about strategies for attracting clients and building the image of the studios. The architects talk about building relationships, working with the media, and how the approach to finding and starting work with clients has changed over the years.
