construction with natural materials
The geometry of each unit is uneven, lacking right angles. The stilted blocks are sharply cut and are a reinterpretation of the form of a bird's nest. They are meant to bring to mind associations with cocoons woven from reeds. By using materials present in the natural environment, the buildings effectively blend into their surroundings. Organic buildings are characterized by an exterior sheathing that is uniform for walls and roofs. For the hotel units and additional sanitary units, the external finishing material is natural thatch, which is expected to change slightly in color and grow moss over time. The three main units are covered with a composition of irregularly arranged pieces of recycled wood.

pro-ecological solutions
The project uses pro-ecological solutions to reduce the buildings' operating costs. Vertical turbines placed in the nodes of the steel structure use the energy of strong winds blowing in the coastal strip. Roof skylights act as photovoltaic panels. In addition, each unit has a rainwater recovery system, which is collected in dedicated tanks.
