Structures for photovoltaic panels - Konsport new products

24 of May '24

In Konsport 's offer you will find a whole range of products with adaptations for the installation of photovoltaic panels. From simple structures dedicated to the installation of panels on photovoltaic farms, through fence posts with the option of installing panels to carports with a solar roof. Ideal for use in the garden, urban space or your business.

Below are new additions to the range: ballast system and photovoltaic tables. These are easy to install solutions for use on a flat roof.

Ballast system – advantages of the solution:

- easy to install;

- designed for flat roofs with a maximum slope of 4 degrees;

- compatible with most photovoltaic panels used on the market;

- made of structural sheet metal in magnelis coating for corrosion protection.

- Additional option: windlass to reduce the required weight. Maximum width of the windlass — 3000 mm.

The twist-to-ballast design provides better air circulation under the panel, increasing its efficiency unlike standard designs. It is installed without anchoring in the roof, which means no interference with the roof structure and no need to anchor the structure to the roofing. As ballast you can use, for example, concrete blocks, foundation blocks, or any other weight solution required for the height and location of the building in question.

Tables for photovoltaics – advantages of the solution:

- to choose from two variants depending on the depth of penetration into the ground. Variant I - with a length of 1500 mm (depth of penetration). Variant II - with a length of 1800 mm (penetration depth);

- wide range of adjustment and adaptation of the structure to the requirements of the panels and the terrain;

- adaptation of the structure to standard photovoltaic panels available on the market in the width range from 1040 mm to 1340 mm of panel width;

- installation of panels possible in horizontal and vertical arrangement. The bevel beams of the table structure and the mounting purlins have been equipped with additional longitudinal holes giving wider possibilities of adaptation to the height of the panels.

- Easy assembly, thanks to construction elements having factory mounting holes. The structure requires bolting with 30 identical mounting screws. The legs of the structure are equipped with holes to facilitate proper leveling of the structure;

- steel in Magnelis coating — the best solution in terms of corrosion protection

- a set consisting of 3 slanted beams, 8 purlins connected to each other with a connector, a set of mounting screws and clamps for mounting panels.

Posts for photovoltaics

These are fence posts prepared for mounting photovoltaic panels. With this innovative solution, users secure the site and save electricity, contributing to environmental protection.
Advantages of the solution:

- construction on a post with a cross-section of 100/100/ 3 mm;

- adaptability of the post both for structures that require concreting in the ground and for anchoring with a metal foot (post on the brand);

- to be used directly as a structure for photovoltaic panels or as part of a fence line allowing the installation of spans.

- two variants of construction to choose from: post with mounting of panels facing upwards and downwards;

- possibility to combine posts with Konsport spans. There are more than 20 designs of metal fences layout of infill in horizontal or vertical orientation, a wide range of models with compact and tight infill for maximum privacy, a large selection of designs with high clearance infill.
