Ergonomic solutions on 69 m²
This modern interior is a perfect example of a harmonious combination of aesthetics and functionality. The design is characterized by consistency in the choice of materials and a subtle but distinctive color scheme, which gives the space a unique character. The 69-meter interior is located on two levels. The first floor of the apartment serves as the living area - there is a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, a functional bathroom and a practical storage room, which works well as additional storage space. It's a well-thought-out space where everyday life goes on in the rhythm of domestic comfort and freedom. The first floor, on the other hand, was planned as a private zone for residents. There are four rooms here: the owners' bedroom, a guest room that also serves as a home office, a capacious dressing room and an intimate, cozy bathroom. Each of these spaces has been designed with attention to the best use of space and the comfort of users - both during rest, work and daily rituals.

Red like brick
A modern aesthetic dominates throughout the apartment, based on simple forms, functional solutions and an economical approach to decoration. The style is not only consistent, but also refined down to the smallest details, which translates into an elegant and orderly interior. The designers focused on geometry and expressive lines - they give the space a dynamic and modern flair, and at the same time make the interior has an individual, distinctive feature. The leading color theme of the entire arrangement is a brick shade. This warm, earthy tone appears in various parts of the apartment as an accent color. It can be seen both in the furniture, upholstered elements, as well as on parts of the walls and in carefully selected accessories. This color not only warms the interior visually, but also perfectly harmonizes with natural materials.

Wood as a key element of the interior design
Brick red is perfectly combined with wood, which plays a key role in the arrangement of this interior, becoming not only a decorative material, but also a carrier of the idea of closeness to nature. Designers from the Smart Design Interiors studio consciously used its potential, introducing this natural material in various forms - from floors to wall panels to furniture finishing details. This presence of wood gives the space a warm, cozy character and creates a consistent reference to the green surroundings of the house and the garden visible outside the windows. The structure and color of the wood create a coherent dialogue with the building's green surroundings, evoking the closeness of nature and the tranquility of the wooded area. In the living room, attention is drawn to the striking wooden wall panels, which bring rhythm and texture to the interior. In the kitchen, on the other hand, natural wood appears on the fronts of the cabinets, combining aesthetics with functionality. All wooden elements are kept in warm, natural tones. This has created a harmonious, color-consistent composition that balances modernity with homely warmth and a subtle reference to nature.

Living room with garden view
The living room connected to the kitchen is the heart of the entire apartment - it's an open, vibrant space where the household spends most of their time. It was designed with great attention to functionality and aesthetic qualities, which can be seen in the carefully selected materials, thoughtful arrangement of furniture and balanced color scheme. In the center of the living area is a large, comfortable sofa in a shade of beige, which invites you to relax and provides the perfect background for the distinctive brick-red accents present throughout the interior. Opposite it is an elegant built-in with a TV and a geometric bookcase, which serves both a decorative and practical function - it's a place for books, potted plants and small everyday objects. Attention is drawn to the wall behind the sofa, which has been colorfully divided into three contrasting stripes: navy blue, white and orange. It's a bold but perfectly balanced accent that gives the interior an energetic and modern feel.

Warm wooden floors correspond with the frames of the large glass patio doors, which open the living room to the green garden, optically enlarging the space and bringing in natural light. Wooden elements also appear in the form of small coffee tables and decorative shelves, creating a consistent reference to the garden and the nature surrounding the house. On the left side of the interior rises awooden staircase with a modern balustrade of transparent glass - its light form emphasizes the open character of the space and is a subtle, elegant detail in the modern arrangement.

Cooking and meeting zone - functional kitchen with peninsula
The kitchen is an example of the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality. Maintained in a subdued palette of gray and light wood, it fits in with the minimalist style of the entire apartment. The kitchen cabinets without handles look exceptionally light and modern. Upper cabinets with a light wood pattern complement the lower cabinets in a shade of subtle gray. The space is closed by a functional peninsula, which visually closes the layout of the annex and at the same time separates the kitchen from the living area. It serves both a working function and a meeting place for household members. Delicate, neutral colors are again broken by a brick-red shade. It appears on the high built-in, which attracts the eye and is a color reference to the living room. In the kitchen, care was also taken to integrate household appliances - everything has been discreetly built-in, which emphasizes the purity of form and order in this part of the interior.

Right next to the kitchenette, a small dining room has been arranged . A round table was surrounded by four upholstered chairs in a shade of gray. Their soft, rounded lines correspond to the gentle character of this area. A lightweight designer lamp resembling a cloud was suspended above the table, adding a slightly poetic mood and subtle softness to the whole. On the wall next to it hung two graphics with geometric motifs, which perfectly match the rhythm of the whole project, emphasizing the stylistic consistency of the apartment and its modern, conscious design.

Bedroom bathed in light
Agnes and Marcin's bedroom is a moody, cozy interior that perfectly reflects the stylistic consistency of the entire apartment. A warm color palette, based on shades of wood and the brick-red color characteristic of the project, creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The focal point of the bedroom is a large bed with an upholstered headboard, set right next to the window. Natural light, streaming in through the glass surface, beautifully illuminates the interior and highlights the texture of natural materials. On either side of the bed were bedside tables made of light wood, which fit in with the minimalist but functional character of the room.

The wall decorations are worth noting. The area behind the headboard of the bed is accented with a wavy panel, which adds dynamism to the arrangement. The wall opposite, on the other hand, is decorated with a minimalist mural using the now well-known brick shade. The whole is complemented by colorful wall lamps with a modern form, subtle decorations and textiles in natural colors, which bring softness and a homely atmosphere to the interior.

Bathroom with terrazzo in the leading role
The upstairs bathroom is a perfect combination of modernity and coziness, which makes the space, despite its small dimensions, functional and comfortable. The interior is kept in neutral shades of white, gray and wood, which harmonize with brick accents, giving the whole a subtle warmth. The use of patterned terrazzo tiles, combining beige, white, black and rust hues, introduces an element of artistic chaos into the space, while harmonizing with the orderly form of the rest of the interior. The tiles adorn the walls of the shower and the space above the sink, creating an interesting contrasting dynamic. Despite its modest size, the bathroom was designed to accommodate a comfortable shower, which provides the perfect place to relax after a long day. White fixtures and minimalist furniture with a simple form add freshness, emphasizing the contemporary character of the space. The design by Sara Tokarczyk and Wojciech Poziomka perfectly captures the balance between modern style and a cozy, homey atmosphere, combining design with nature outside the window and creating a cohesive, comfortable space.
