This project won the main prize in the private interiors category of the SAW 2025 Interior of the Year Competition, becoming an inspiration for all those who dream of a harmonious home. Why did "Apartament przy Księcia Witolda" steal the show?

Furnishing a small apartment so that it is comfortable, beautiful and full of character is an art. PAMA STUDIO has mastered it to perfection, creating a space that not only meets everyday needs, but also delights with its atmosphere.

The well-designed space of the less than 50-square-meter apartment received a very consistent, minimalist form. The design one hundred percent exhausts the possible functions to be located here, and at the same time performs each of these functions without compromising the convenience of use. What's more, with the successful division of the available space, which was achieved through an interesting spatial structure, the various functions in the apartment intermingle. And this always captivates us in architecture

- This is what Agnieszka Stefanska said about the apartment,
chairwoman of the jury of the SAW 2025 Interior of the Year Competition.

The apartment on Prince Witold Street is the quintessence of modern minimalism, which is neither cold nor boring. Let's take a closer look at what makes this project so unique - from the layout of the rooms to the smallest additions.

We break down the project into parts:
secrets of PAMA STUDIO's success

Apartment layout - a space that breathes

In the Prince Witold apartment, everything starts with an open plan. The living room, kitchenette and dining nook seamlessly intermingle, creating an impression of spaciousness, even though we are dealing with a small area. At the heart of the living area reigns a bright, modular sofa with simple lines. Underneath it is spread a classic carpet with an oriental pattern in shades of red - it's what adds warmth to the interior and breaks the austerity of the minimalist style.

The kitchenette, although not large, was separated from the living room by a partition with a built-in mirror. A mirror is a real ally of small spaces - it reflects light, optically enlarges the room and adds depth. Handleless cabinets with a mirrored surface and a dark stone countertop create an elegant whole. Right next to it, in the dining corner, stands a round table with a wooden top and light chairs on slender legs.

The bedroom, separated from the rest of the apartment by a white partition, plays several roles at once. It is a place of rest, but thanks to the presence of a shower cubicle, it also houses a bathroom. This layout makes the apartment flexible and ready for different scenarios of everyday life.

Materials and textures - a game of contrasts

The strength of this project lies in the play with materials. The warm walnut wood floor contrasts with the raw concrete ceiling and walls, which give the interior a touch of industrial claw. Glass and metal appear in the details, adding elegance, but without exaggeration.

Colors - tranquility with a touch of boldness

Colors in the apartment on Prince Witold Street are a recipe for timelessness. The walls, furniture and larger surfaces are kept in calm shades of white, gray and beige, which create a neutral base. This makes the interior bright and easy to arrange according to one's tastes. Darker accents - such as black pillows on the sofa, a painting on the wall or metal details - add character and depth. The real star, however, is the red carpet, which brings warmth and a touch of traditional charm to the apartment, breaking the minimalist restraint. Such a color palette is a hit with anyone who wants to create a space that is calm, but with an individual touch. The neutral background allows you to go wild with accessories, while expressive accents enliven the whole.

Lighting - the magic of lights

Light plays first fiddle in this project. Spot LED lamps in the ceiling illuminate the entire apartment, providing brightness where it is needed. A slim lamp, standing next to the sofa, casts a warm, cozy light. In the bedroom and kitchen, discreet wall sconces build an intimate mood, and a mirror in the partition reflects light, brightening every corner. Such a multi-level lighting system is the key to a functional interior. It allows you to change the atmosphere with a single snap.

Furniture and accessories - quality over quantity

In the apartment, every object has its place and meaning. The modular sofa in the living room is a real chameleon - comfortable, practical and easy to rearrange when more space is needed. In the corner of the lounge area, a designer dark wood armchair with soft, organic shapes catches the eye - a gem that gives the interior an artistic flair. On the white wall hangs a large painting in dark shades, reminiscent of the starry sky, bringing a touch of mystery and sophistication to the apartment. On the partition with a mirror stand a few accessories, such as ceramic vases and a candleholder - simple but elegant. Less is more, and each element was chosen with harmony in mind.

Climate - a home you want to be in

What captivates in PAMA STUDIO's design is its atmosphere. The apartment at Prince Witold is modern, but not cold; minimalist, but full of warmth. Subtle details - from the oriental rug to the designer armchair - make you feel at home here, not in a design museum. It's a space that's conducive to relaxing, working and meeting with loved ones, yet looks like it's straight out of a catalog.

Trends 2025, which you will see
in the PAMA STUDIO project

The Prince Witold apartment is not only a beautiful design, but also a mirror of the latest trends in interior design. What will be fashionable in 2025? Here are some inspirations straight from PAMA STUDIO:

  1. Minimalism with heart: simple lines and forms are combined with warm details - carpets, paintings or designer furniture - that add personality to the interior.
  2. Light eclecticism: the mix of styles - from industrial concrete to classic patterns - is subtle and balanced, without the effect of chaos.
  3. Close to nature: wood, stone, wool or linen reign in the arrangements, creating interiors that are friendly to us and the planet.
  4. Flexible spaces: small apartments require clever solutions, such as modular furniture or partitions that combine different functions.
  5. Clever technology: smart lighting and home appliances support convenience, but are unobtrusive so as not to disrupt style.

How to furnish your apartment
in PAMA STUDIO style?

Do you dream of an interior like that of an apartment on Prince Witold Street? Here are a handful of tips on how to bring its magic into your home:

  1. Open up the space: create a flowing layout by connecting the living room, kitchen and dining room. Mirrors and light partitions will help visually enlarge a small apartment.
  2. Play with materials: combine warm wood with cool concrete or plain walls. Soft fabrics - pillows, rugs, curtains - will add coziness.
  3. Choose calm colors: bet on white, gray or beige as a base. Enliven them with accents - black, navy blue or warm red in accessories, such as a rug or a painting.
  4. Light up the interior: install various light sources - ceiling LEDs, standing lamps, wall sconces. Warm light will create a mood, while cold light will help you work.
  5. Look for gems: one designer piece of furniture, like an armchair or lamp, can be the star of the interior. Add subtle decorations - a vase, a candleholder, a graphic - but don't overdo the quantity.
  6. Opt for convenience: choose appliances with smart features, such as an app-controlled oven, which will make life easier without disturbing the aesthetics.
