Project concept: timelessness
meets modernity
The approximately 85-square-meter apartment was designed with rental in mind - for families or people working remotely, needing space for both living and working. The investors, with a focus on quality and aesthetics, determined the key design guidelines: functionality and comfort were ensured by the layout with a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious hallway, while the high quality of materials - despite its intended use for rental - manifested itself in durable and elegant solutions . The design is subtly retro, drawing inspiration from the simplicity and minimalism of the German style, with a clear emphasis on wood and neutral backgrounds, combining eclecticism with class by juxtaposing modern trends with vintage details that give the interior a unique character. The basis of the arrangement is a light, subdued color scheme of walls in shades of white, beige and gray, contrasted with warm tones of wood - walnut, oak and brown, which creates a neutral background, perfectly exposing textiles, furniture and accessories, and at the same time a coherent and dynamic whole.

Daily space: living room
and kitchenette in harmony
The living room is the heart of the apartment - open to the kitchen, separated by a dining area, which seamlessly connects the two spaces. Here eclecticism takes full expression: white, beige and gray dominate, broken by accents of brown and light sea blue, which creates a consistent yet dynamic color scheme. A large gray sofa in a shade of blue is the focal point of the seating area, harmonizing with the kitchen tiles, while a black coffee table and glass display case add a modernist flair, contrasting with theretro chairs at the dining table, which bring a vintage vibe, Softness and coziness are built up by linen curtains, a carpet and abstract graphics on the walls, while the lighting - original lamps with rounded shapes - emphasizes the style of the 60s. and 70s style, while the floor in the shade of natural wood binds the whole, creating a harmonious base for this arrangement.

Fronts with pronounced grain contrast with upper cabinets in a light shade, while a gold sink faucet adds sophistication. Vertical glazed tiles in a shade of blue on the kitchen apron (the space between the cabinets) create cohesion with the living room sofa, emphasizing the harmony of the space. The dining area with a solid table and chairs with soft lines unifies the space, creating a place ideal for communal meals.

Bedroom: an oasis of calm in modern vintage style
The bedroom is an example of how simplicity can go hand in hand with sophisticated design: the bed with an upholstered headboard blends harmoniously with beige, brown wood and gray, creating a warm atmosphere, which is enhanced by the floor and curtains, giving the interior a cozy feel. Interesting solutions and products
The Modern Vintage design attracts attention with refined details that give it a unique character: light-colored walls juxtaposed with dark walnut-colored furniture create a striking contrast, adding depth and elegance to the interior, while a subtle blue accent - present both in the kitchen tiles and on the sofa - builds a consistent, harmonious color theme that enlivens the space. Milled fronts with a distinct wood grain, used in the kitchen, bathroom and lobby, introduce natural texture and warmth, highlighting the high quality of workmanship. A wall by the bathtub, replacing the traditional screen, not only enhances comfort, but also increases the aesthetics of the room, offering a modern alternative.
