How to arrange an interior in the Quiet Luxury style? What exactly is this style? We present 5 things that are necessary when creating such an interior.
Quiet Luxury - this is another trend that came to interiors from the world of fashion. It consists primarily of the rejection of logomania in favor of quality. This style gained popularity thanks to the high viewership of the series "Succession". However, we could also see Quiet Luxury styling on the catwalks of Brioni, Loro Piana and Bottega Veneta. Currently, #quietluxury has nearly 250 million views on TikTok. Interiors in this style are a combination of elegance, tranquility and luxury. The arrangement focuses on high-end materials, muted colors and minimalism. A key aspect of the Quiet Luxury style is moderation. All elements of the interior should harmonize with each other, creating a coherent and harmonious whole.
This is what Boris Kudlička, a designer who, together with Weronika Libiszowska and Rafal Otłog, runs the Boris Kudlička with Partners office, which specializes in premium projects, says about Quiet Luxury interiors.
- In our case, quiet luxury refers largely to a more intimate view of the clients' ownership experience. We create many exceptional developments in Poland and around the world, attracting investors for whom personal choices are far more important than public approval. Their interiors and homes are, of course, meant to impress, but without necessarily exuding overt glamour. These are people who are at that stage of life where they no longer need to prove anything - the designer describes.

In a good way
Choose muted, neutral base colors, such as beiges, grays, pastels and soft shades of white. You can add small accents of color, but avoid bright or gaudy colors.

Sophisticated simplicity
Choose furniture with simple lines and elegant details. Minimalist forms that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing are characteristic of this style. Avoid designs that are too intense.

Furnishings that don't have to scream for attention
Branded furnishings don't have to be instantly recognizable. Choose furniture and lighting whose form and craftsmanship only reveal a designer character upon closer inspection.

Quality more important than fashion
Bet on high-quality materials such as natural wood, marble, silk, cashmere or leather. Their combination adds elegance and luxury to the interior.

Subtle details
Choose a few unique elements, such as designer lamps, decorative pillows, original paintings or sculptures. Keep decorations to a minimum to preserve the character of the interior. Add sublime touches such as delicate wall decorations, elegant vases, minimalist clocks or exclusive pieces such as crystal dishes. Instead, forgo conspicuous and screaming gilding and colorful accessories.
