How should the boundary between the living area and the private area be drawn? How to present these contrasts, running between the spaces. The realization by Anna Blaszczyk of the Artewizjon studio shows an interesting solution to this issue.
daytime zone
"Reykjavik" is a realization in which it was important to properly juxtapose tones with the division of the function of the domestic space. In the living area, it was decided to open widely to the light. First of all, dining rooms, living room and kitchens were combined here. All these spaces, illuminated by wide windows, are a combination of wood, graphite and mustard colors.
In the living room, the heart is a coffee table with a white top on metal legs. The floor in this area is a classic wooden parquet. A gray sofa and armchair, also on distinctive metal legs, were located next to the table. The interior with large glazing can be obscured at any time with white curtains and beige curtains. The mustard color is seen here mainly in accessories, including pillows.

A long wooden table can be seen next to the living room, around which chairs upholstered in soft beige have been located. An interesting lamp in the shape of a black circle, spotlighting the table, is also located above this area. Behind the dining room you will find a wall of black panels with white veining, contrasting with natural light.

A kitchen island made of wood and black and graphite panels separates the kitchen from the living room and dining room. It is a wide section that allows not only free cooking, but also dining. Hockers on wooden legs and mustard-colored seats are attached to the island. The floor composed of concrete tiles in light gray also stands out from the rest of the living area. The kitchen cabinetry is practically pure white with no additional elements.

Hallway
The hallway is an interesting solution. The side facing a wide, white-lit staircase contrasts with a dark wall finished with graphite-black tiles. The resulting contrast creates a compact space.

Bedroom and private toilet
In the bedroom, too, the focus was on a simple, minimalist character. On the floor, a wooden parquet floor was chosen, similar to the one used in the living room. The headrest of the bed was made in gray, and above it you will find two engravings against a geometric wallpaper. It's a simple, calm space that allows you to breathe.

Straight from the bedroom we can go to the owners' private toilet, where the parquet floor changes into concrete tiles. The attention is mainly drawn to the uneven hexagonal mirror, a fully enclosed shower cubicle of considerable size.
