Pappelina - synthetic ribbon rugs. Swedish charm of artisanal design

18 of June '21

An innovative way to arrange floors
Investment interiors ... and more

Synthetic ribbon rugs
, crafted with artisanal methods by Swedish brand Pappelina, are not inferior in beauty to traditional floor fabrics, but are far more practical. Plastic in design is no longer synonymous with cheapness and the opposite of good, traditional craftsmanship. The latest ones are practical, versatile and "eco". We increasingly welcome them in our homes, but also in public buildings. An example of a brand betting on hypoallergenic synthetics is Pappelina.

Swedish know-how - strength created from plastic

The Swedish brand has developed and patented a synthetic ribbon from which it weaves rugs and carpets in its manufactory, hidden in the forests of Sweden, in various sizes and numerous patterns and colors. These fabrics can withstand water and sun (so they're suitable for bathrooms, terraces and garden sheds), dust and mud (so they'll do well in hallways or hallways of homes), spilled drinks (kitchen, dining room, children's room), and last but not least - animal teeth and claws (the whole house!). They are easy to clean - often ordinary water is enough for this; they dry quickly. For a long time they retain their compact structure and juicy colors. They are hypoallergenic, as well as non-flammable. They conduct heat well, so they work well with underfloor heating systems.

Craftsmanship and new technologies

With all these modern features, Pappelina carpets have all the qualities of artisanal products: they are made with traditional methods, on old looms (imported, by the way, from Poland, from a decommissioned plant near Lodz). Production is done with respect for the natural environment. For although the material is artificial, both the production process and the final product are intended to be as natural as possible.

A treat for the investor

Thecombination of tradition and modernity is what customers are looking for today. In the contract market, practical qualities of the product also count, and, of course, a reasonable quality-to-price ratio. It's no wonder that Pappelina carpets and rugs can increasingly be found in the hotels of Baltic resorts, cafes, offices, boutiques, as well as in restaurant gardens and children's play areas. Each year, the brand releases more than a dozen new designs and color combinations, so it's easy to match the fabric to any interior, as well as to the "pappelinas" that are already in it. Thick weaves and beautiful colors plus an "unwearable" character make the Swedish brand's products a real treat for investors and architects.

You can order Pappelina rugs and carpets (for interiors and exteriors) in the Pufa Design store and in the Pufa showroom at 31 Bałtycka Street in Kolobrzeg.
