The twenty-seventh edition of the Good Design competition is underway, in which, as every year, the Institute of Industrial Design will award the best designed products and services on the Polish market.
Market monitoring and product selection
TheGood Design competition is preceded by market monitoring, during which a product base is created by the researchers of the Institute of Industrial Design. This year the base amounts to 1995 products and services. Selected manufacturers and designers are invited to participate in the competition.
Elimination stages
All products and services that are submitted to the competition will go through two elimination stages:
- the first: in July, when entries are evaluated by a professorial jury.
- The second: in October, when the top contenders are awarded by an interdisciplinary jury - composed of experts in industrial implementation and design.
Calendar
- Confirmation of participation in the competition - by June 26 this year via the Good Design website .
- announcement of finalists - early August this year.
- gala at which the winners will be announced - October 29 this year.
- post-competition exhibition - from October 30 to November 30 this year at the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw, 5/7 Świętojerska Street . Admission to the exhibition is free.
