The Piaseczno municipality and the Warsaw branch of SARP invite you to take part in an implementation competition for the architectural concept of a sports community center building and development of the area at Leśna Street in the village of Żabieniec.
The village of Zabieniec is home toone of the oldest soccer clubs in Mazovia - "Jedność", which currently has over three hundred players participating in the Mazovian Football Association games, tournaments and camps. Due to the expanding activities of the club, the Piaseczno City Council decided to build a new facility on the site of the existing building, where, in addition to space for the sports club and its facilities, it will be possible to organize day care activities for children and young people, meetings for senior citizens and other activities for the local community.
The plot on which the new building will be constructed is located in an area covered by the local zoning plan, so the solutions proposed in the competition must be compatible with it. Competition entries will be judged according to four criteria, equivalent in their category: attractiveness of architectural solutions and land development, exploitation value of functional-utilitarian and spatial solutions of the building and development, feasibility and economics of adopted solutions, especially in the context of utility costs, and application of pro-ecological and energy-saving solutions of the building and development.

Results of qualification to participate in the competition on the basis of applications for admission - until 20.01.2021.

Competition Jury
The competition works will be judged by the Jury consisting of: Jakub Waclawek (Chairman, Competition Judge OW SARP), Przemysław Kaczkowski (Referee, Competition Judge OW SARP), and judges from the organizer's side: Marcin Paluba, Kinga Socha, Robert Widz, Bartłomiej Gajewski and Leszek Trzmiel. Rafał Mroczkowski (Competition Judge of OW SARP) serves as Secretary of the Competition Jury, and Agnieszka Zubala, Secretary on the Organizer's side, acts as Assistant Secretary of the Competition Jury.
