Radom Social Housing Association Administrator has announced an open, one-stage competition for the development of an urban-architectural concept for a multi-family housing and greenery complex on Stasieckiego Street in Radom.
The area covered by the competition is located in the southwestern part of Radom in the Borki housing estate, at the intersection of Dębowa and Stasieckiego streets, in the vicinity of, among others, the Borki Reservoir and the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center. The designed buildings should have a maximum of six overground floors, contain only local residential with accompanying auxiliary and technical spaces, and take into account the advantages of the scenic exposure to the southwestern side (Borki lagoon).

prizes:
1. prize - an invitation to negotiate a sole-source contract for the execution, on the basis of the awarded competition work, of the design and cost estimate documentation for a public works contract, and in the event of a situation of force majeure preventing the signing of a contract for the execution of the documentation, the payment of a prize of PLN 15,000.
2. prize - PLN 11,000, and in the event that, due to the reasons indicated above concerning the participant who has received the 1st prize, it becomes impossible to sign a contract with him/her for the execution of the aforementioned contract, an invitation to negotiate a sole-source contract for the execution, based on the awarded competition work, of the design and cost estimate documentation for a public works contract.
3. prize - PLN 8,000 and the right to invite to negotiations on a sole-source contract for the execution, on the basis of the awarded Competition work, of the design and cost-estimate documentation for a public works contract, in the event that, for the reasons indicated above, concerning the participants who received the 1st and 2nd prize, it has become impossible to conclude an agreement with them for the execution of the aforementioned contract.
Two honorable mentions in the amount of PLN 2,500.
