Workspace design

How to design a workspace? Ergonomic workplaces that promote focus and concentration require flexible, multifunctional formal solutions and spaces that are tailored to the current needs of employees. Modern office space is not only conference rooms and meeting rooms, but also places for rest and relaxation.

attractive office interiors

In the office we spend a large part of our time. On how their interiors are designed depends not only on the productivity of employees, but also their well-being, and thus the quality of their work. The way the workspace is arranged is a reflection of the company's philosophy and values. For the studio's Hayball in Sydney, it was important to inspire the team to be creative and to achieve real cooperation between employees. In view of this, the office designed acoustic booths for individual and team work, a room with white boards and fully enclosed conference rooms. Flexible solutions help the team work more efficiently, with the office even providing for virtual work and desks that allow for seated and standing work. There's also a kid-friendly area and a behavioral observation lab, so the office can study the impact of the environment on users' behavior on-site.

rest at work

The work environment is not just an office space. It is extremely important to be able to truly relax and space to catch your breath. The use of greenery and water for this purpose seems to have hit the jackpot. Designers from studio CC Arquitectos came up with the idea that nature counteracts fatigue and decided to integrate it into interiors as much as possible. In the designers' approach, you can see the care taken not only for the space of the workstations themselves, but for the entire spatial context. The single-story disjointed form takes maximum advantage of the small scale of the premise and the building's ability to integrate with the surrounding nature. The resulting patios are designed to provide different scales of privacy. There is room for informal meetings of employees, but also the opportunity to isolate and relax among the maze of growing vines.
