The Tektonika Architects studio has prepared the design of the Research and Development Center for Innovative Drugs for Selvita. Construction of a six-story laboratory and office complex with a usable area of 8,270 m² is underway. It is extremely important that the research facilities, in addition to their aesthetic qualities, meet the highest safety standards above all.

In the future, the Laboratory Campus of the General Office of Weights and Measures in Kielce, will be one of the most modern facilities in the world. The BDM Architects studio created the winning design, which will be built on a 13-hectare plot of land located near Noise Mountain. An important element of the project is the courtyard, which will be part of a zone with a university character. The project is not only functional, it also takes advantage of the region's resources. Raw materials from the Tumlin-Gród quarry will be used to finish the building. Research centers cease to resemble gray and stiff buildings. Their appearance is becoming a reflection of modern technologies and the evolution of science.
