Oliva is a district of Gdansk located on the edge of the Tri-City Landscape Park that enjoys great popularity. In recent days, an occupancy permit was issued for a new residential development in the district - Oliva Koncept, designed by Gdynia-based Arch-Deco.
Developers are looking for a new quality in residential architecture to attract customers. In the case of the Oliva Koncept development, that quality is high standard and modern design. This is the flagship Tricity development of the developer Budner Inwestycje, for which the Gdynia-based architectural office Arch-Deco is responsible for the project.

The complex consists of six small buildings housing spacious apartments. The lumps of the buildings are compact and elegant. The sloping roofs with recessed terraces are an interesting variation and blend well with the neighboring, more traditional architecture. The facades are covered with clinker, which gives them a warm, pleasant character and contrasts well with the greenery around.
The high standard of the development is evident in the staircases, corridors and other common areas of the buildings.

A show apartment is also currently available, where one can see how the space in the buildings is shaped. It is maintained in the recently fashionable "modern elegant" style. It is characterized by restraint and a certain minimalism of form, a subdued color scheme, but not shying away from stronger accents, and the use of natural materials such as stone, wood and high-quality upholstery fabrics used in the interiors. Anna Trzcińska, one of the architects from the Arch-Deco office, says:
Our idea was to make the interior of the Oliva Koncept apartments a place that has a soothing effect, where one can calm down and relax. We wanted the space to correspond with the elegant clinker façade and the greenery-filled views from the windows, to be stylish but subdued. American walnut veneered fronts, a selection of elegant lamps and furniture from reputable companies, natural stoneware in the bathroom - all this creates an interior with a sophisticated, unobtrusive style.

The apartments in Oliva Koncept are equipped with modern smart living technologies. Using an application on your phone, they allow you to control many functions of the apartment or program commands, such as automatically raising the blinds, starting music or the coffee machine. You can also use the system to regulate the temperature in each room, control the operation of appliances or turn off the electricity, even when you are away from the apartment. It can also be expanded at will by adding more components to the network.
