AS 110 - new system from ALURON
ALURON, based on several years of experience in passive joinery, is introducing another window solution called AS 110. The system is designed to manufacture aluminum passive display windows, windows and balcony doors. The design provides the possibility of glazing with very heavy 3-chamber glass packages, which are currently gaining popularity.
AS 110 system - windows and balcony doors with excellent parameters
It is thanks to the use of five-chamber construction of aluminum profiles that windows from this system have excellent static parameters. Investors and architects can now fulfill their visions and design large and heavy structures, gaining more light in the room without sacrificing the functionality of the window.
The mandatory thermal requirements for windows will change from January 2021, and the AS110 system easily meets them today, and in every available variant. Within the AS110, there are two versions to choose from: B and P. Each of these versions has individually definable functional and thermal characteristics. This makes the system modular and has a very wide spectrum of adaptation to thermal requirements determined not only by law, but also by user expectations.
AS 110 - a system for passive houses
The AS 110 system has passed certification at the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. As a result of meeting the institute's criteria for passive houses, the AS 110 system qualifies as a Certified Passive House Component. The certified result ofUw=0.80 W/(m²K) for a glazing package withUg=0.7 W/(m²K) is suitable for use in a cool-moderate climate zone. This means that the AS110 system, is a certified product dedicated to buildings with high thermal requirements with special attention to the so-called passive houses.
This is not the end of the possibilities of the AS 110 system. Through the use of special gaskets and thermal insulators, also produced by ALURON, AS 110 windows can easily achieve a heat transfer coefficientUw=0.4 W/(m²K).
...and to be nice on both sides
AS 110 is a product that certainly has many technical and functional advantages, but in addition, it also stands out for its aesthetics. In addition to the wide color possibilities of the woodwork, which allow the use of colors from RAL, NCS palettes and wood-like coatings, ALURON also took care of the inner side of the woodwork. This is because the AS110 system uses masking elements for the grooves of the hardware and thermal breaks, which are necessary for function, but visible after opening the sash and not very liked by users. This system treatment also makes it easier to keep the interior space of the window clean.
The AS110 solution is available and compatible with many types of hardware for aluminum windows, as well as there is the possibility of using hardware known and used in pvc construction solutions.

Windows and balcony doors made on the basis of the AS110 system not only have very good technical parameters that meet passivity standards, but are also user-friendly in terms of visual arrangement and are easy to maintain current aesthetics and cleanliness.
