The intimate apartment building "Święty Wojciech 27" is an investment of a higher standard designed for the most demanding. The minimalist architecture of the building fits perfectly into the line of historic townhouses of the historic neighborhood. Quality and reliability for future residents are guaranteed by the Schöck connectors installed in the balconies. A total of 135 Schöck Isokorb® connectors with fire resistance class REI 120 were installed in the balconies, and LD expansion studs were also used. Leaving a balcony or balustrade without any thermal insulation means very high heat loss and a high risk of mold formation due to the severely reduced temperature on the surface of the partition.
