With their design, JSK Architekci took second place in the competition for the architectural and urban planning concept for an office complex in Warsaw at 25A Kasprzaka Street. The jury evaluated the submitted proposals in terms of, among other things, the attractiveness of the architectural solutions and the building's relationship with its surroundings, functional-utilitysolutions and economy.
The main objective of the competition was to create an architectural and urban design concept for an office complex, with particular attention to the economic aspect - not only of the construction process, but also of the low cost of use in the future. They were inspired by the historical buildings and urban planning of the nearby Warsaw Gasworks {tag:pracownie} .
Architectural concept around greenery
The architects' first decision was to divide the office complex into two buildings. Thanks to this procedure, they managed to match the scale of the development with the existing irregular tissue arranged on an orthogonal street grid. As a result, intimate spaces have been created, the office spaces have been better illuminated, and the building has gained better view links and an opening to the gas plant site.

The buildings are offset from each other, but the architects tied them together with arcades that create spaces where the gardens are located. They create a kind of contemporary peristyle, which is a place to meet and relax. These are not the only "plant places" provided for in the project. The designers have planned terraces on the roofs of the buildings, greenery will also appear on loggias and in the entrance areas. Thus, it permeates the cuboid form of the office buildings, creating friendly places for work and relaxation.

The individual segments are arranged regularly, giving the impression of a calm rhythm. Through material and color, they allude to their brick neighbors in a contemporary interpretation.
