The modern Celebro office building, distinguished from Warsaw by its interesting architecture, is located at 22 Gładka St. Construction of the building began in Q4 2017, and it was put into use in Q3 2019. The six-story building with a floor area of 12,271.22 sqm has, in addition to office space, a service and retail area, an underground garage and two green terraces located on the top floor. The project by {tag:pracownie} was nominated for the Eurobuild Award 2019 in the New Office Building of the Year category. When nominating the office building for the award, the jury appreciated not only its unusual architecture, but also the modern technologies used in the project.

Synergy of ecology and economy
Constructed on Yawal systems, the office building was designed in accordance with Europe's extremely demanding norms and standards, resulting in a rating of very good under the international BREEAM certificate. The building has been equipped with an intelligent automation and management system BMS(Building Management System), which significantly improves comfort and safety. The BMS system includes a network of sensors and detectors distributed throughout the office building, as well as an integrated system that collects data and manages its installations. Other state-of-the-art features at Celebro include a building access control system and advanced broadband technology using fiber optics.
Elegance and simplicity
The office building was designed as a rectangular block with a fully glazed facade, within which the individual office floors are repetitive and clearly separated from each other. The fully glazed facade, which ensures an adequate flow of daylight, combined with green terraces, guarantees users' comfort at work.

Aluminum joinery in the building was made by Alures Sp. z o.o. The top facade system Yawal FA 50N was used in the project. The large external profiles used in the facade emphasize the geometry of the impressive glazing and, with the regular division, the harmony of the masses.
An individual solution rarely seen in construction and created for the project was the use of flexible sealing materials in the same color as the aluminum profiles that make up the office building's facade," said Slawomir Bardzinski, Facility Director of Yawal S.A.
An attractive and functional complement to the building's façade are the FA 50N SW system's swinging windows. Windows of this type are designed in a way that makes it impossible to observe from the outside the aluminum profiles that make up the window sash frame. As a result, we achieve the effect of an even surface that positively affects the aesthetics of the entire building block. What's more, the use of Yawal structural windows allows effective ventilation and ensures natural air circulation inside the rooms. The green terraces located on the top floor of the office building are complemented by all-glass exterior doors with stick-on glass, based on the TM 77HI system, leading to the relaxation zone. To create fire-proof internal partitions in the building, the TM 75EI system was used, which offers great design possibilities from partition walls through display windows and single and double-leaf doors.
