Apartments in the Nasze Jeżyce project being developed by Echo Investment in Poznań will be equipped with Echo Smart solutions, to be supplied by FIBARO. This is the beginning of the developer's long-term cooperation with the Polish building automation manufacturer.
Cooperation between FIBARO and Echo Investment will result in apartments being equipped with a smart home management system. The Echo Smart package will allow residents to embark on an adventure with a smart home that can integrate multiple devices, manage lighting and raise comfort and living standards. FIBARO smart home is also an opportunity to exercise control over the apartment, immediately respond to threats such as flooding, fire or carbon monoxide. From now on, owners of the Echo Smart package will be able to control their apartment, light and heating, thanks to the FIBARO control panel and attached devices. The system can be expanded at any time with additional elements, and their installation does not require renovation and is based on wireless devices.
Modern city dwellers are mobile, open to solutions that make everyday life easier, while valuing convenience and safety, their own and their loved ones'. The FIBARO system, thanks to its openness to third-party solutions and the possibility to integrate them into the ecosystem, can be easily expanded and customized. Echo Investment is betting on technologies that provide users with comfort, security and time savings. In 2020 alone, the developer plans to build and offer customers more than 1.2 thousand apartments equipped with the Echo Smart apartment management system prepared for further expansion. These will include units in Poznań's Nasz Jeżyce, Browary Warszawskie, Łódź's Fusion and Stacja 3.0 in Wrocław.
Echo Investment has been active in Poznań for the second decade and is one of the most recognizable developers in the city. We have used the experience we have gathered in the design of Nasz Jeżyce. To guarantee future residents the highest level of comfort, all units in the project will be equipped with smart solutions that will relieve them of some of their daily chores. Using a mobile application, residents will be able to adjust the lights to their current mood, remotely set the temperature or connect all appliances in an optimal way, so that at least some of the household chores will do themselves," says Dawid Wrona, sales director at Echo Investment's residential department.
