TM 74HI is a window and door system from Yawal with high thermal insulation parameters, designed for use in residential, public and industrial buildings. It guarantees users warmth, comfort and safety.
The solution allows the construction of various types of doors, both single-leaf and double-leaf with side and top lights. TM 74HI allows the sash to be divided by a crossbar and is characterized by exceptional ease of installation in the FA 50N facade, providing comfort of use and a consistent, aesthetic appearance that harmonizes with the architecture of the building.

The TM 74HI system has been modernized, and its modification has made it possible to create a more economical solution befitting the needs of contractors and investors. The thermal separators used so far have been replaced. In addition, the possibility of using split spacers in the sashes was introduced, which eliminate the negative effect of solar radiation on the profiles causing their deformation.
The threshold solution has also been changed, both in perimeter pressed doors and in doors with a kicker. The kick door solution uses an over-threshold profile connected by a single thermal break. The profile's design allows three gaskets to be placed inside it to seal the door structure. The new solution makes prefabrication easier and faster, and has a positive effect on the durability of the doors being made.
The upgraded TM 74HI system will be available in Yawal Constructor's offer and program in early April 2021.
