During the BUDMA 2020 International Construction Fair in Poznań, we got to know the results of a competition aimed at promoting innovative solutions in Polish architecture and promoting the achievements of architects whose works are a significant contribution to the shaping of domestic architectural culture. This year's theme was "Open City, Friendly City", and out of the twenty-four works submitted, the jury selected four by awarding ex aequo first prize to Agnieszka Dąbek and the design team: Klaudia Golaszewska and Marek Grodzicki, the second to Michal Hondo, and the third to the Adamiczka.Broma studio. In February, we gave the vote to A&B readers by announcing the Audience Award. Out of all the projects participating in the contest, internet users chose the winning entry - "Search for high quality social residential architecture using evolutionary algorithms" by Igor Jansen.
