The winning concept was developed by Aleksander Bednarski and Mariusz Komraus, in cooperation with Sonia Manssour-Stawiarskaand with the support of acoustic consultant Dr. Andrzej K. Klosak, from the archAKUSTIK office. In the competition concept, the architects proposed a simple block, which, thanks to a glazed cutout on both sides of the longer elevations, takes the form of a monumental window that allows one to admire the city from the inside and look into the academy building from the outside.
