PerfectFresh Active - active humidification
Among other things, the technologies used in refrigeration equipment are designed to keep stored food fresh for as long as possible. Completely new in the Premium and Prestige models of Miele Generation 7000 refrigerators is the PerfectFresh Active function, which actively humidifies the refrigerator drawer. A water reservoir is placed above the drawer, which turns droplets into a "water mist" and releases it into the drawer. Vegetables and fruits wrapped in the mist stay fresh and firm up to five times longer.
PerfectFresh and DailyFresh
The PerfectFresh dry drawer is designed for storing meat and cheese. On the other hand, the DailyFresh drawer (on basic K 7000 models) has a lockable lid to better retain moisture inside.

Products always at hand
When sitting at the table, do you like to reach for snacks from a rotating plate? Now you can have one in your refrigerator. The top models will feature a glass shelf that you can rotate 180°. This will make it much easier for you to reach products, even those placed in the depths.
Thebottle shelves in the door are adjustable in height, so you can easily put even tall dishes there. You can change the adjustment level of the shelves in small steps, without having to empty them.
You no longer need to cut and transfer to plates a freshly baked cake that needs cooling. The tray will quietly fit on the glass shelf directly above the PerfectFresh system.
Design: light and steel
A new solution is LED strips, which perfectly illuminate the interior of the appliance regardless of the arrangement of products. The LED strips are additionally placed in such a way as to gently illuminate the surroundings when the refrigerator door is opened. In the IceMaker drawer, the LED lighting has a slight blue tint, so the ice cubes look particularly appetizing.

In Premium and Prestige refrigerators, the back panel is made of stainless steel, which contributes to better temperature distribution and prevents moisture from forming there. Products stacked in depth have no chance to cling to the back wall of the refrigerator.
Controls and operation: child's play
The controls of refrigerators vary from model to model, although they all have in common a modern, dark logo display. On Premium and Prestige appliances, the FreshTouch touchscreen display with color font is consistent with the interface of other Generation 7000 built-in appliances, while Reference models use SensorTouch and Discovery models use TouchControl.
WiFi is standard on higher models of built-in refrigerators, so you can regulate the temperature inside, get information about an unopened door, or a reminder to change filters.
