RECTOR Group has opened a production facility in Mszczonów.
The biggest event since 2010 is behind us! On September 17, 2021 in Mszczonów, we officially opened our second factory in Poland for RECTOR prestressed floor beams and hollow blocks. As members of the RECTOR Lesage Group, we are very proud - our next modern factory has been established.
On September 17 this year in Mszczonów we ceremonially opened our second factory in Poland. The production hall itself is more than 4,000m2, which is located on an area of almost 5ha. Along with the investment, a state-of-the-art concrete plant has been put into operation, and most operations are carried out with machinery and equipment in such a way that the work is as physically strenuous as possible. In terms of the elements produced, we have a production technology where concrete is poured into molds (prestressed floor beams, lintels and stringers) and a production technology using vibropress (floor blocks). Ultimately, the annual production will allow to supply elements for the development of nearly 1 millionm2 of ceilings.

RECTOR Polska started its activities on the Polish market in 2003. In November 2008, the first production plant of prestressed concrete beams was launched in Chrzanów. The second plant was built in Mszczonów at 1 Wiejska Street, where our beam warehouse had existed since 2014. The construction itself went very smoothly, and the launch of the second plant came in 2020. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic period, we were only able to ceremoniously inaugurate and "open" our Mszczonów prefabrication plant a year after the start of production.
The production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Weckenmann production equipment, a concrete truck, paver and prestressing strand transport drum. In the eastern part of the production hall, prestressed floor beams of the RS 110 + RS 130 and PPR types, as well as concrete lintels, are produced on three tracks 80 meters long. In the western part, hollow blocks that are fillings for the RECTOBETON system are forged and stored. Both process lines are supplied from a new concrete batching plant. The building's design includes the implementation of modern pro-ecological solutions, environmentally friendly sources of heat, electricity and gas, environmentally safe selective waste disposal, solutions ensuring the absence of industrial waste water, as well as innovative production processes for efficient materials management. The factory site has a total area of 46,000sqm, with a usable area of 4,200sqm and a warehouse area of about 2 hectares.

The pre-stressed beams produced are used in cottages, semi-detached houses or terraced houses. Today, our presence in single-family construction generates between 30-35% of our turnover.
In Poland, we already have more than 70 employees, and our turnover is about €10 million. We complete more than 1,500 construction sites annually. To date, we have produced more than 10,000m3 of concrete.
The production plant in Mszczonów will allow us to double our production capacity and expand our offer with new products ceiling blocks or prestressed lintels.
