Twenty years ago the first chairlift to Kotelnica was built in Bialka Tatrzanska. Following the lead, over time, new investments began to appear, winter infrastructure expanded and accommodation began to increase. Later, the Bania thermal baths were built, which encouraged tourists to visit the resort all year round. Currently, the first scenic railroad in Poland is being planned, which will connect Bialka Tatrzanska with the Litwinka peak in Czarna Góra. The main investor is to be the newly established Bialka Ski Resort company.
Not from today, we have to take into account climate change and increasingly warmer winters. Finally, we have to ask ourselves, what will winter in the mountains look like without snow? Besides, basing the entire business on the winter season may prove to be a problem with such large investments. After all, the idea is for the new scenic railroad to operate practically all year round. - convinces Damian Piotr Dziubasik, Bialka resident and local entrepreneur.

The investment is at the stage of design and final decisions on the location of the lower and upper stations, among others. The plan is to build the initial station on the site of Kotelnica Białczańska, and the final station on Litwinka, near the ski station there. The cable car, which would pass over the village of Białka Tatrzanska, would offer a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains. In addition, an observation deck is to be built on Litvinka, and an 80-meterobservation tower is to be built in the center of Bialka Tatrzanska.
For now, the exact location of the various elements of the railroad and attractions is under discussion. The success of the investment may be determined by a meeting of Bialka Tatrzanska residents," stresses village headman Wladyslaw Piszczek. I can say that this is an investment that does not exist in Poland, and a similar one can be found abroad, for example in Barcelona. In Podhale it would certainly be the largest investment of its kind in recent years. The event can be compared to the creation of a cable car to Kasprowy Wierch in the 1930s," explains Village Administrator Piszczek.
