A conversation with Piotr Zbierajewski architect and founder of XP Arkitektur about studying for a master's degree in Denmark, differences in the education system, thewhat it's like to study and interact with lecturers at Aalborg University, and how to make a living in one of the most expensive countries in the European Union.
Piotr Zbierajewski
Piotr Zbierajewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. During his studies, he worked as an architect at Centrala and Konior Studio, among others. From 2015 to 2017, he studied at the Faculty of Architecture (Arkitektur og Design) at Aalborg University in Denmark. Meanwhile, he worked as a 3D graphic designer for Lux-Hus design studio in North Jutland and interned at Powerhouse Company in Copenhagen. In 2017, he defended his master's degree titled. "Svinkløv Badehotel 2.0." The diploma was a group work done together with Danish student Jesper Søndergaard. After graduation, Piotr Zbierajweski worked at Arkitema Architects and C.F. Møller Architects. Piotr is the founder of XP Arkitektur, a fruma focusing on creating architecture in the idea of sustainable design and design based on optimization processes.
