A distinctive feature of BOB actuators is the use of Beninca's patented FACE® gears.
The FACE® gearbox is exceptionally long-lived, and allows for the complete elimination of motor noise and vibration. Gears and worm gear made of hardened steel and bronze. The 230Vac actuator includes an encoder as standard, which guarantees precise operation and maximum safety, while the 24Vdc model has an amperometric obstacle detection system and, in addition, also an encoder. Manufactured for 2.1m, 3m and 5m leaf lengths and weights up to 800kg, for 230 Vac and 24 Vdc. The actuator is equipped with 2 limit switches. Advanced control panel, with many functions not available in competing products, ie: wicket function, slowdowns in the opening and closing phases of the gate, co-user, there is a possibility to block unauthorized access to the control panel functions and many others.
BOB actuator was awarded by the Institute of Industrial Design in the GOOD DESIGN competition.
