The new cabin line is complemented by additional solutions, among them: hushWall, a mobile partition wall, and hushSpot, a new multi-person hot-desk workstation.
The modern worker has returned to the office with a new set of needs and "expectations 2.0" from the hybrid office reality. Today, the work space needs to be even more flexible, supporting the employee's daily tasks with its layout, equipment and functionalities. According to research, nearly 63% of corporate employees say that collaboration and the opportunity to socialize is the main reason for using the office1. More than 57% of employees use it 1-3 days a week2. More than 80% of professional meetings are conducted hybrid - online and offline3. All of this has contributed to employees and employers emphasizing even more than before the importance of flexible spaces for formal and informal interactions in the office.
Today's employee needs have shown us that one of the more desirable features of the modern hybrid office is the freedom to choose where and how to work. This flexibility and freedom to create less formal work and meeting spaces that support socialization processes and increase the efficiency of tasks performed is very important. What's more, the availability and freedom of choice of professional acoustic pods for prolonged work in peace and quiet, online and offline meetings, and longer phone conversations is an essential workplace equipment today," explains Mateusz Barczyk, senior brand manager at Hushoffice.
Class A acoustic solutions
HushFree's new line of acoustic pods for work and meetings are Class A solutions, compliant with ISO 23351-1:2020 for office cubicles, with a completely refreshed pod interior - new acoustic panels available in eight timeless colors, extremely efficient ventilation, new lighting with 500 lux and 4000 K light color, and the possibility of flexible configuration of the pod interior - from empty, to furnishing it with any assortment of furniture, to the possibility of using ready-made additional furniture designed by Hushoffice. And all this is enclosed in three new products: hushFree.S, hushFree.M and hushFree.L
- HushFree.S - is a booth designed for individual work, longer video conferences and phone calls for one person. It has a desk with a manually adjustable top - this feature is easy to use and requires no additional power supply. The cubicle is designed for both standing and sitting work, which promotes wellbeing and health concerns. The worker can change the height of the tabletop to the appropriate level for him or her, tailored to the task at hand, in just a few seconds. Aesthetically designed side LED illumination of the user's face ensures that he or she is even more visible during video calls.

Employees want inclusive workplaces
Increasing globalization, digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence have changed the economic picture of the world, but most importantly, they have affected societies around the globe. For today's organizations, this means new challenges and access to entirely new employees, both in terms of competence and other qualities that can add value to the company. Inclusiveness or, in other words, diversity in the workplace manifests itself in the functioning on one level of employees with different characteristics both physical, mental and cultural. Such workplaces require specific solutions that support teamwork, provide opportunities for integration and exchange of experiences, and maximize the efficiency of tasks performed while optimizing space.
HushWall, which is a mobile partition wall for flexibly creating zones in the office while providing vertical working space for work, and hushSpot, which is a new multi-person hot-desk workstation comprehensively equipped with the necessary accessories, fully meet these needs.

In such places, innovation is created, business grows, and employees feel that their proposals, ideas and feedback will be heard. The last three years have changed both employee and employer perceptions of office work and redefined their needs. The trend of inclusivity and diversity, a place that is accessible to all, and flexible solutions that provide employees with maximum productivity while meeting their needs are the keys to creating the solutions of the future today, adds Matthew Barczyk, senior brand manager at Hushoffice.
