Innovation and timeless aesthetics
IGP effect paints are based on the proven IGP-HWFclassic 59 series base coat with high weather resistance. They provide long-lasting color fastness and resistance to chalking, and meet the highest standards of Qualicoat (Class 2) and AAMA 2604. The patented interference pigment system allows the shade and metallic luster of precious metals and their alloys to be reproduced in a sophisticated way. These alloys consist of gold, copper and silver. However, (semi)precious metals are not required to achieve a high-quality surface. Moreover, convincing reproduction of chrome-plated steel, polished aluminum and elegant shades of anodized coatings can also be achieved. Melted Metal powder coatings are characterized by exceptional performance. Thanks to their technical properties, they make it possible to achieve a new dimension of color saturation, hiding capacity and color space in facade and other decorative applications.

Durable surfaces, few scratches
The increased scratch resistance of powder coatings means numerous advantages in practical applications. This makes it possible, for example, to improve the safety of painted surfaces during transport or installation by making them less susceptible to scratches. The surface is also better protected from tarnishing cleaning marks. Resource-efficient thin-film technology
Melted Metal paints are based on so-called UTP (Ultra-Thin-Pigment) technology. With its minimized particle thickness and high optical efficiency, UTP technology contributes significantly to optimizing resource utilization. The thin-film effect particles, which are perfectly reproducible in size and thickness, have been coated and stabilized with silicon dioxide. This prevents tarnishing of metal substrates due to oxidation and ensures optimal resistance to moisture and weathering.
Green Building Label
Melted Metal's premium powder coatings have also been developed for applications in various types of green buildings(Green Building Label). Energy-efficient coating baking at temperatures from 170°C, no solvents (VOCs) and the use of formaldehyde-free formulas make these powder coatings an environmentally friendly option for sustainable building projects.
