The place where the house was built is unique - it is a picturesque green enclave on the outskirts of the city. The garden, with its beach, waterfall and artificial lake with a picturesque footbridge, became not only a landscape feature, but also an inspiration for the design vision of the KOiKO Design studio.

Autumn, in the fullness of its beauty, has penetrated the space, giving the interiors a unique character. Influenced by the richness of the atmosphere of this season, browns, reds and subtle greenery falling from the trees dominate here, the color of which was reproduced in the living room on a huge modular sofa. The colors of the leaves became the inspiration for transferring this soothing aura to the residents' daily lives.

In the colors of autumn
The modern interior of the house was designed for people who are aware of their needs and confident. For people who, through many years of work, have earned a bit of luxury and want to experience it in their everyday surroundings. The main inspiration for the KOiKO Design studio, were the future residents, their lifestyle, preferences and the beauty of the nature surrounding the house. The beginning of the design process began with a constructive dialogue, which prompted the first changes in the functional layout. The most significant of these took place in the spa area and upstairs. When designing the bedroom, the emphasis was on achieving a chic elegance, which was also reflected in the adjacent bathroom.

The living room, connected to the kitchen and dining room, offers an unforgettable view of the garden and staircase, the heart of this unique home. The interior exudes tranquility and elegance, while introducing an element of consciously controlled splendor. The focal point is the impressive green UMO modular sofa by Polish brand Nobonobo, on which the homeowners are happy to relax. The industrial form of the chandelier perfectly harmonizes with the softness of the sofa and the delicacy of the staircase balustrade, creating an extremely harmonious composition.

Home wellness zone
One of the most representative rooms is the spa created by KOiKO Design, where solutions such as a whirlpool tub, a television set set behind elegant Venetian glass, an electric steam fireplace and a terrace with a Jacuzzi were used. The architects consistently followed natural materials such as wood, stone and old brick, creating an atmosphere that not only delights, but also offers homebuyers a complete sense of sensory comfort.

Directly from here, one walks out onto a terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi, from where there is a picturesque view of the beach and a waterfall in the garden. This is another interior where a touch of gold has been introduced, in an effort to maintain subtlety and harmony with the rest of the house. The ceiling in this room is a kind of reflection of the lobby floor, exuding a sensual, intriguing, yet cozy character.

The construction of the staircase deserves special attention. A huge landing, supported by two structural walls and a suspended panel used as a TV mounting, not only have a practical function, but are an important architectural element, characterized by exceptional aesthetics.

In the day-night area, devoid of conventional walls, the need to maintain a subtle balance between the fireplace and the TV became a key design challenge. Faced with the majesty of the fireplace, the TV equipment becomes almost unnoticeable.
