4 Design Days is a true celebration of architecture and design. The 6th edition of the event will bring together leading representatives of architects, designers and interior design manufacturers from Poland and abroad. Architect Robert Konieczny and other brand ambassadors will be able to meet at the Geberit booth. However, these are not the only attractions that the company has prepared for visitors to the fair. We would like to invite you on 27-30.01. 2021 from 10 am to 6 pm to the booth #56.
The6th edition of 4 Design Days will bring together in the spaces of the International Congress Center in Katowice architects and designers from Poland and abroad, investors, developers, manufacturers, representatives of local authorities and design enthusiasts. The event will be held in the proven formula of two days for business and two days open. During dozens of panel sessions, experts will talk about the directions of development of contemporary architecture and design. It will also be possible to visit the booths of several hundred interior design manufacturers and suppliers.

Geberit invites you to stand #56
At this year's first edition of 4 Design Days after the pandemic, the Geberit brand - a leading manufacturer of sanitary equipment - is not to be missed. The company has designed a spacious booth for the occasion, which will showcase both flagship products under the logo of the Kolo and Geberit brands, as well as new products. After the pandemic-induced hiatus in trade fair events, this is an excellent opportunity to get to know and take a closer look at the company's offer, but also to meet and talk live with its representatives and brand ambassadors. You will also be able to listen to the latter during numerous lectures and discussions, where they will share their knowledge, professional experience, but also debate the condition of contemporary architecture, design and the art of design and its relevance in a post-pandemic reality. Geberit has planned a series of meetings and attractions for all four days of the fair - both at its own booth No. 56 and during debates shared throughout the event.

Bathroom exhibition - a well-designed 72 sqm
The72 m2 Geberit brand stand for this year's 4 Design Days was designed by Anna Niedopytalska and Beata Smulska. The premise of the design was to present the brand from the side of bathroom equipment products, such as ceramics, bathroom furniture, shower surfaces, and washing toilets. At the booth, water pumps have been used in several places, so it will be possible to see how AquaClean washing toilet systems and the innovative TurboFlush flushing system work. There is also a special space to demonstrate the DuoFresh module, which easily eliminates unpleasant odors in the bathroom. In addition, a wall with a gallery of so-called moodboards (i.e. an inspiration board) will be presented, showing 12 different color combinations, created using samples of finishing materials - fabrics, wood, ceramics.

Days for business - January 27 and 28
Already on the first day of the fair - January 27 at 10 am, a meeting of architects and interior designers, who are brand ambassadors, will take place at the brand's booth. On the same day at 12:00 it will be possible to listen to the architect Anna Federowicz from the Tremend studio, invited by the brand, who on behalf of Geberit will take part in the discussion "Design on Stage: Transformations. Space Redefined. Work - office spaces".
On the other hand, on the second day for business - January 28 - a special guest at the Geberit booth will be arch Robert Konieczny, founder of the KWK Promes studio, which he heads to this day and an independent expert of the Mies van der Rohe Foundation. Repeatedly nominated and awarded in international architectural competitions, he is one of the most recognizable Polish architects in the world and a long-time juror in the Kolo Competition. Starting at 10:00 a.m. in a conversation with Geberit Polska CEO Przemysław Powalacz , the leading Polish architect will talk, among other things, about his exhibition "Moving Architecture" at Galerie d'Architecture in Paris, of which Geberit was a patron. Robert Konieczny will also be heard in the session "Climate Neutrality in Construction. Not much time, much to do". It will be held the day before - on January 27 at 12:00 pm and will additionally be broadcast online on the organizer's virtual media and social media channels.

On the second day for business, it will also be possible to listen to Brand Ambassadors on the official stages of 4DD. Arch. Anna Koszela will be seen as a speaker in the panel: "Residential interiors in the spirit of less waste. How to furnish them?" while arch. Barbara Uherek-Bradecka will take part in the discussion "Wood. Dispelling Myths." Both panels will begin at 11:00 am.
During the days for business, there will also be a competition for architects and interior designers held on the brand's social media channels. It will consist of taking the best photo of the Geberit stack, publishing it on their Facebook or Instagram with the hastag #geberit_4DD_2022. The winners of the contest will receive attractive prizes , including a ceramic fondue set with Swiss chocolate.
Open days - Saturday with Geberit Ambassadors.
The event's open days will be equally intense. On January 29 at the Geberit stand, brand ambassadors will be waiting for all visitors, who will advise everyone on what equipment will work best in the bathroom. In fact, the brand, which has been operating on the Polish market for a quarter of a century, has built very lasting relationships with the largest design studios in the country, the best example of which is the ongoing "Geberit Ambassador" project. Currently, 26 design studios belong to the group of Ambassadors, and they eagerly participate in activities organized by the brand, recommending the brand's products, which have been proven in interior projects, in the media or at events.

From 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for each full hour, the following architects and interior designers will offer practical consumer advice: Żaneta Mikołajczyk, Kasia Orwat, Katarzyna Szramek, Tomasz Słomka and Monika Staniec. The brand ambassadors will also be available to listen to in numerous panel discussions and presentations. Monika Staniec and Agnieszka Burzykowska-Walkosz will present their interiors in the "Most Beautiful Polish Interiors" series at 12:15 pm . At 14:00 you will be able to listen to Łukasz Magoń, who will take part in the session "Urządź się z Dobrzemieszkaj.pl. Recipe for the interiors you dream of! Part 1." Part 2 of the aforementioned presentation, on the other hand, will take place on Sunday - January 30 at 12:15 and will feature Tomasz Slomka.

Safety rules:
The organizer , out of concern for the health and comfort of 4 Design Days participants, has decided to introduce additional safety rules. The event is open to those who, at the entrance to the event, meet one of three conditions: show a valid EU Covid Certificate; show confirmation of their COVID-19 recovery status within the last maximum 6 months ; or show , either electronically or on paper, a negative test result for COVID-19 taken no more than 48 hours before the start time of the event.
