The Bokserska 71 estate is a Dom Development development completed this year, located on the border of Ursynów and Mokotów in Warsaw, in the thriving part of Służewiec. The project, which is distinguished by modern architecture with a characteristic leitmotif symbolizing movement and dynamism by Joanna Rzezak, uses high-quality building materials, including insulation systems and Dryvit facade materials.
The Bokserska 71 estate is a residential development designed in a modern style with sustainable solutions. The six-story building in the shape of an inverted letter "E" from the west cascades down to a height of four stories. A public viewing terrace has been created on the roof of the building, while noble materials have been used on the facade, including ceramics and printed tempered glass, as well as high-quality insulation systems and certified dust-free Dryvit paints.

Dryvit's Drysulation Pro system was used to insulate the exterior walls of the building that makes up the Bokserska 71 Estate in Warsaw, with an insulating layer made of graphite polystyrene with a low λ thermal conductivity coefficient (lambda) for optimal thermal insulation. The top layer uses Drytex Sandpebble 1.6 mm mineral plaster with a lambda texture, painted with Silstar facade paint.
