lighthouse as a space of sensual luxury
"Elementi Hotel is a remarkable transformation of a traditional lighthouse into a boutique hotel, offering its guests/guests a unique experience surrounded by nature. The property was designed as a space, engaging all the senses, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere. Amid the rugged cliffs and vast sea, the hotel is a sanctuary of tranquility where tradition meets modern luxury.
Great importance was given to the sense of sight in the design. Panoramic sea views, accessible from different levels of the building, are a key element of the concept. The designers ensured that every detail - from the color scheme and materials to the carefully designed vantage points - created an immersive visual experience. The lighthouse, the centerpiece of the project, not only retains its historic function, but also becomes the heart of the modern hotel.

Hearing plays a key role in creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The murmur of the sea waves, the gentle sounds of the water in the pool area and subtle music in the common spaces create an environment conducive to relaxation. In the garden, the symphony of rustling trees and birdsong enhances the feeling of being in touch with nature.
The sense of smell has been taken into account thanks to the scents of the Mediterranean garden, filled with aromas of citrus, rosemary and myrtle. In the hotel's rooms, guests/guests can additionally choose their preferred scents, giving each stay an individual touch.

Taste is an integral part of the experience at "Elementi Hotel". The local culinary corner offers specialties of the region, such as oils, spices and wines, as well as fresh produce from the hotel's garden. Visitors can enjoy meals prepared by a private chef or compose their own dishes using local ingredients.
Touch is emphasized through the use of high-quality materials and textures. Soft fabrics in the rooms, hand-woven bedspreads, smooth marbles and natural stones create a multi-sensory experience. Spa treatments offer an extra dimension of relaxation, allowing for deep rest and recuperation.

designing with emotions in mind
"Elementi Hotel" is not an ordinary hotel. It's a place, providing guests/guests with something more than just accommodation. The creators of the concept placed emphasis on ensuring that every element of the space fosters the creation of a deep, emotional connection with the place.
Each suite at the "Elementi Hotel" is a combination of functionality and aesthetics. The rooms were designed with comfort in mind, offeringa space divided into three zones: bedroom, dressing room and lounge area. The focal point of the bathrooms is a free-standing bathtub, emphasizing the luxurious nature of the interiors. Thoughtful details such as natural materials, soft fabrics and subtle lighting provide a harmonious atmosphere. An easily accessible shower is included in each bathroom, making the space friendly to guests with limited mobility.

The entrance to the hotel was designed with a spectacular first impression in mind. The high ceiling and central light installation give the space elegance and monumentality. Natural stones and wooden accents lend warmth and authenticity to the interior, while open spaces allow for a seamless transition to common areas.
The hotel's restaurant is ideal for intimate dinners as well as larger parties. An open kitchen with an island allows guests/guests to interact with the chef while preparing meals. Local ingredients, including fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables from the hotel's garden, are the basis of the menu, which promotes a farm-to-table philosophy. The opportunity to dine outdoors in the garden under a pergola with adjustable shade further enhances the culinary experience.

The wellness area was designed with relaxation and regeneration in mind. Here you can enjoy spacious massage rooms, a sauna and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Special wellness programs, including mindfulness practices, provide a holistic approach to well-being.
The rooftop terrace serves as a meeting place and space for fitness activities. Equipped with a telescope, bar and yoga area, it offers panoramic views of the sea and surrounding nature. It's the perfect place for evening sky-watching or morning exercise.
The Mediterranean garden surrounding the hotel is a natural oasis of tranquility. Natural stone paths lead to hidden corners with places to relax, and a central olive tree gives the space symbolic depth. An infinity pool and a fire pit area create the perfect environment for relaxation at any time of day.

respect for history and nature
The designers of the "Elementi Hotel" made sure that the lighthouse retains its original character. The building's facade was painstakingly restored using local materials such as white marble and lime. The interiors of the building are distinguished by a minimalist but sophisticated style, emphasizing their elegance. The preservation of the historic architecture has been combined with modern technological solutions, such as intelligent management systems, enhancing the comfort of male and female users.

Sustainability was a key aspect of the project. The authors used natural materials and technologies, minimizing the building's impact on the environment. As a result, the hotel fits into the idea of ecological tourism, while offering the highest standard of services.
