The grand opening of the new Cosentino Center Poznań in Dabrowka took place on September 14, 2023. Special guests at the premiere were renowned architects Tomasz Pągowski and Jakub Szczęsny. The opening was attended by more than 200 invited guests - including representatives of Greater Poland design studios, furniture manufacturers and owners of stonemasonry businesses, as well as partners, friends and employees of Cosentino Poland. The Poznan center is headed by Andrzej Wlodarczyk, acting CEO.

Cosentino Group continues to uphold its commitment to investment by diversifying its markets and opening new headquarters. Strengthening its international expansion, it is also developing its own assets in Poland, becoming one of the most globalized companies in the stone industry. After Warsaw and Katowice, the time has come to open the third location of this Spanish company in our country. The new Cosentino Center Poznan, located in Dabrowa, at 7 Logistyczna Street, has an area of 4,000 sqm, including 400 sqm dedicated to offices and showroom. It will be able to accommodate up to 4,000 slabs and starts with a team of 8 professionals.

The year 2023 is a year of growth for the Spanish company, involving the expansion of its network of Centers not only around the world, but also in Poland. Cosentino's Centers combine the functions of a warehouse, a sales network and a product showroom, where customers can see Cosentino materials in person and receive personalized support.

On September 14, 2023, upon entering the main hall, the assembled guests were able to admire, with "demiurge" Tomasz Pągowski leading them, a phenomenal musical and visual setting, in the form of a multimedia installation that is an interpretation of the monolith motif from "A Space Odyssey 2001." Prepared by Studio Pągowski, the futuristic performance illustrated the change in thinking in the industry-nature relationship, which Cosentino has been emphasizing in its policy for years, and milestones in the company's development.

Andrzej Wlodarczyk, host of the evening and General Manager of Cosentino Center Poznan, then appeared on stage. Accompanied by Karolina Sieniawska, Marketing Coordinator Cosentino Poland, Pedro Parra Uribe, Vice President Sales Cosentino and Pierre Wernlundh, Regional Director for Cosentino Scandinavia, together they performed a symbolic opening act and cut the ribbon. During the meeting, Karolina Sieniawska presented the latest Silestone Le Chic collection for the first time.4

After the official opening, guided by the sounds of music, guests moved to the venue for the presentation of the Silestone Le Chic collection and listened to the atmospheric sounds of harp and violin, accompanied by a live act featuring a DJ.The meeting was hosted by Ewa Trzcionka, and the second special guest; one of the most interesting contemporary architects, creator of the Keret House, architect Jakub Szczęsny, told the audience about the versatility of Cosentino materials, the joint project and the "Polish Projects by Polish Designers" exhibition at the Gdynia City Museum, of which Cosentino is a Sponsor.

Demonstration of the preparation of paella, a dish inspired by Spain's contemporary culinary scene, and books "Welcome to a world without architects" by Jakub Szczęsny and "Female architects. Will women design better cities" by Agata Twardoch, which guests received, rounded out the full experience of the evening.
