A competition is underway for the design and reconstruction of residential buildings along with land development in Włocławek for social rental housing.
The one-stage competition organized by the Municipality of the City of Wloclawek concerns the development of a programmatic and spatial concept for the construction, reconstruction and expansion of residential and residential-service buildings along with land development in the quarter between Brzeska, Cyganka, 3 Maja and Żabia Streets in Wloclawek.
The submitted projects will be evaluated in terms of the quality of architectural and spatial solutions, functionality, operational values, economy of solutions and spatial context.

The jury expects to award three prizes and honorable mentions: 1st prize - PLN 25 thousand,
2nd prize - PLN 15 thousand, 3rd prize - PLN 10 thousand and two honorable ment ions of PLN 5 thousand each.
